Purpose:
To provide all staff in Dundee with information about ttier responsibilities to protect children/young people and vulnerable adults from harm and abuse.

Target Audience -All staff in all agencies across Dundee           

Content - Key areas of protecting people:

• Child Protection
• Adult Support & Protection
• Pulic Protection - MAPPA
• Violence Against Women

 

Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able :

• explain your role and responsibilities for the protection off children, adults and communities
• recognise when the needs and rights of people ae not met and they may be at isk of harm.
• identify how your values and assumptions can impact on your responses to protection concerns
• describe how to respond to concerns
